Like mother, like daughter! Willow has finally been swayed by Drew and moved forward with his plan to take Michael down, much like how Nina once betrayed Sonny! But this time, will Willow dare to kill Michael with her own hands?

Fans of General Hospital have watched as Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has gone through an emotional rollercoaster,

but one fan is adamant that Willow is far from the victim she often portrays herself as.

From questionable decisions to indulging in a tangled web of lies and infidelities, Willow has been at the center of a storm,

and her actions have left many viewers questioning her motives and choices.

Willow’s storyline has taken a dramatic turn as she continues to make reckless decisions that not only affect her,

but also those around her, particularly her children and her estranged husband, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

While some might view her as a woman caught in a whirlwind of emotions, the reality is that her actions have created chaos, and it’s hard to sympathize with her in this situation.

The Willow and Drew Drama

The latest turn in Willow’s storyline has left viewers bewildered, as she seems to have sacrificed everything, including her marriage, for Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). She has allowed herself to be swept up in Drew’s attention and support, despite the obvious strain it’s placed on her family. Willow’s infatuation with Drew has become more apparent as she made the decision to hide key details from Michael, including her two separate kisses with Drew and ultimately their infidelity.

As Willow’s actions continue to unfold, she’s become increasingly entangled in a web of deception. While she had every opportunity to work things out with Michael, she chose to keep secrets and instead ran to Drew for comfort, further distancing herself from her marriage. To make matters worse, after the affair was exposed by Tracy (Jane Elliot), Willow made another drastic decision—she moved into Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) home with her kids, rather than confronting Michael about their crumbling relationship.

Michael’s position has been clear: he never wanted things to end the way they have. He was willing to repair the damage caused by the affair, but Willow’s decision to whisk Wylie (Viron Weaver) away to Washington, D.C., to attend Drew’s inauguration, without informing Michael, put the final nail in their already fragile relationship. Willow’s behavior in this situation has been less than responsible as a mother, as she has failed to prioritize the stability and routine her children need. Instead, she continues to make reckless choices, driven by her infatuation with Drew.

Willow’s Self-Portrayal as the Victim

What’s even more perplexing is Willow’s ability to turn herself into the victim in the aftermath of her actions. When Michael filed for divorce and initiated a custody battle, Willow ran straight to Drew, crying about being accused of being an unfit mother and seeking sympathy. Her ability to twist the narrative and place herself at the center of the drama has been frustrating for many fans. It’s almost as if she is trying to manipulate Drew into supporting her further, playing into her own victimhood to ensure he stays by her side.

Drew, of course, continues to indulge Willow’s delusions. He supports her narrative of being a victim, despite the fact that she is largely responsible for the mess she finds herself in. His blind loyalty to Willow, especially given his own complicated history, seems to reinforce her sense of entitlement and self-pity. When Drew tells Willow that she’s a great mother, it almost feels like he’s enabling her to continue making poor decisions without facing the consequences.

Drew’s Behavior Doesn’t Help

It’s hard to ignore Drew’s role in all of this as well. While Willow is not entirely blameless, Drew’s actions have only exacerbated the situation. Drew’s history of bad decisions is no secret, and now, his affair with Willow and the resulting fallout could be the final straw in his already tumultuous life. While he may have been ousted from his company and is now at risk of jeopardizing his political career, Drew claims that none of it matters. Instead, he is focused on Willow and the fallout from their affair, willing to drop everything and return to Port Charles to make his commitment to her public.

Drew’s willingness to abandon his work in Congress and his professional life to focus on Willow raises many eyebrows. In a sense, he’s playing the role of the knight in shining armor, but the situation is far from ideal. Willow and Drew’s decisions have caused nothing but heartache, and their actions are now putting their families in precarious situations.

Conclusion

In the end, Willow is far from the innocent party in this drama. She has made choices that have hurt her family and left her children in a chaotic situation. While Drew’s behavior has been equally problematic, Willow’s actions have been more detrimental to those around her.

Rather than taking responsibility for the consequences of her actions, Willow continues to paint herself as a victim, and her manipulative tactics may ultimately cause even more destruction in her path. As her story unfolds, viewers are left wondering if she will ever fully confront the fallout from her decisions and whether or not she will ever take accountability for the mess she’s created.
