Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) takes matters into her own hands and seeks a private conversation with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). 

Joss is determined to see Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) behind bars for his alleged involvement in stabbing Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). 

Joss presents her case to Anna, connecting the dots between Cyrus’s bell ceasing to ring just before Dex was stabbed in Rice Plaza, and her suspicion that he may have been the one to commit the crime.

However, Anna is quick to shut down Joss’s request, explaining that there is no concrete evidence linking Cyrus to the attack. Without witnesses, surveillance footage, or any other solid proof, Anna questions Joss’s theory. Though Joss insists that Cyrus is the only one who had both the motive and opportunity, Anna remains cautious, warning her that pushing too hard might cause Cyrus to cover his tracks even more.

Lucky and Liz’s Encounter with Cyrus

Meanwhile, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) share a quiet dinner at the Port Charles Grill, but things quickly take a turn when they spot Cyrus dining nearby. Elizabeth admits that another man has caught her attention—Cyrus Renault. Lucky’s instincts kick in, and he suggests they observe Cyrus, keeping a close eye on his movements.

Cyrus is calm and collected as ever, maintaining his innocence and recounting his version of events from that day. He claims he was at Rice Plaza to accept donations, but when a fight broke out, he took a break to relax his arm.

Anna isn’t buying his story, especially since it contradicts what he told Detective Chase (Josh Swickard) earlier. The conversation quickly takes a more direct turn as Anna questions him about his possible motives for attacking Dex. Cyrus, ever the smooth talker, denies any involvement, even claiming that he forgave Dex long ago for his past transgressions.

Despite her suspicions, Anna doesn’t have enough to charge Cyrus, and she lets him go with a warning: if he commits any crime, she will be there to bring him to justice. However, Joss, still furious and desperate, rushes in to scream at Anna, demanding that Cyrus be arrested. Her outburst alerts Cyrus that the authorities are onto him, and he leaves with a calm yet cryptic remark: “Peace be with you both, and with Dex.”

Drew and Alexis Discuss Scout’s Well-Being
