While she doesn’t explicitly name Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), it’s clear her words are aimed at Carly’s impact on Monica and the Quartermaine family over the years.  

Tracy’s anger seems tied to the current family dynamics surrounding Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

She teases, “Hoping for a sender in particular?” implying that Kai might be longing for a gesture from Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
