For *General Hospital* fans, one of the worst-kept secrets in recent memory 

has been the affair between Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) mother, Nina (Cynthia Watros). 

With tensions rising, the question remains: when will Willow find out the truth, and who will be the one to break the bombshell to her?

Currently, Willow is in a relationship with Drew, a romance that has not been well-received by many viewers or the residents of Port Charles. 

The pairing has caused a significant stir, and for good reason. Drew is not only Willow’s mother’s lover but also Michael’s (Chad Duell) nephew. 

This conflict of interests has caused tension in the already complicated relationships within the Corinthos and Quartermaine families. 

The fact that Drew and Willow are still pursuing their romance, regardless of how much it’s upsetting those around them, has only made matters worse.

The situation escalated further when Michael, who was caught in an explosion at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) warehouse, found himself at the mercy of both Drew and Willow. As much as Nina has tried to act as a peacemaker, Drew’s continued involvement in Willow’s life is constantly getting in the way.

However, revealing the truth about Drew could come at a steep cost. Nina knows that exposing her past with Drew could destroy the fragile relationship she has built with her daughter. Willow has been confiding in Nina for months about her growing affection for Drew, unaware that her mother was already involved with him. If Nina reveals the truth now, Willow might feel betrayed not only by Drew but also by Nina. Willow could see this as a breach of trust and feel that Nina’s silence was a major betrayal.

The dilemma Nina faces is whether to protect her daughter from the fallout of this toxic relationship, even if it means risking the bond she has with Willow. Is Nina willing to sacrifice her own relationship with Willow to save her from further heartache, or will she continue to stay silent?
