Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) has been making one bold decision after another on General Hospital, all in an effort to protect the people she loves. 

From concealing her pregnancy to pulling Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) into her web of deception, Sasha’s well-intended choices have led to some serious complications. 

But on the February 13, 2025, episode, her latest scheme may have taken things to a dangerous new level.

An Innocent Meeting or Something More?

As Sasha arrived at Bobbie’s to meet Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), she had an unexpected encounter with a woman and her adorable dog, Mavis. 

The woman allowed Sasha to pet Mavis and then made an interesting observation—Mavis always seemed drawn to pregnant women. 

This left Sasha momentarily stunned, wondering if she was already visibly showing. However, the woman assured her that Mavis simply had a special intuition for expectant mothers.

The conversation led Sasha to reveal that her baby is due on July 23. After sharing this little detail, she continued inside to meet Felicia, unaware that her chance meeting was about to take a more complicated turn.

A Suspicious Investigator

Meanwhile, Mavis’ owner, Elaine Stevens (Judy Kain), met with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) in the park. It turned out that Elaine wasn’t just any dog-loving passerby—she was a private investigator. And she had been digging into Michael Corinthos (formerly Chad Duell) for dirt, hoping to find something she could use. However, when her search turned up empty, she wondered if Sasha’s pregnancy could be the missing piece of the puzzle. Perhaps the Quartermaine cook had some inside information that could be useful.

Sasha’s Risky Plan

Felicia later clued Sasha in on Elaine’s true identity, revealing that the woman she had spoken with was no ordinary dog owner—she was a sneaky and resourceful private investigator. Realizing Elaine could be a threat, Sasha took matters into her own hands.

After doing a little digging of her own, Sasha managed to track down Elaine in the park. Pretending it was a coincidence, she approached Elaine once again and offered to hold Mavis’ leash while Elaine took a phone call from Martin. But Sasha had an ulterior motive—she wanted access to Elaine’s notebook, hoping to get a glimpse of whatever information the investigator had collected.

Unfortunately, getting to Elaine’s purse proved more difficult than Sasha had anticipated. So, in a desperate move, she let Mavis off her leash, banking on the chaos of a runaway dog to create the perfect distraction.

A Plan Gone Wrong

As Sasha rifled through Elaine’s things, her plan took an unexpected and dangerous turn. She was suddenly jolted by the sound of screeching tires and Elaine’s panicked screams. Had her impulsive decision led to something terrible?

For a moment, it seemed like Sasha’s risky scheme might have had tragic consequences. But thankfully, General Hospital didn’t keep fans in suspense for too long. In the preview for the February 14 episode, Sasha is seen cradling Mavis, who appears to be alive and unharmed. With a remorseful expression, Sasha looks at the little dog and whispers, “I’m so sorry about all of this.”

Has Sasha Crossed the Line?

While Sasha’s intentions have always come from a place of love and protection, her methods are becoming increasingly reckless. First, she dragged Jason into her deception, making him pretend to be the father of her baby. Now, she’s resorting to manipulating an innocent dog owner—and putting Mavis in potential danger—all to cover her tracks.

This latest move raises serious questions. Will Sasha face consequences for what she did? Will Elaine figure out what happened and turn the tables on her? And most importantly, has Sasha reached the point where her determination to protect others is doing more harm than good?

With tensions rising in Port Charles, one thing is certain—Sasha’s actions are bound to have consequences, and she may not be able to escape them for much longer.
