As General Hospital fans have noticed, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been flying solo for quite some time. 

Ever since her marriage to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) ended in heartbreak, her romantic prospects have seemed uncertain. 

While there was initial speculation about a potential relationship with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), 

that possibility fizzled when Drew became entangled with Nina’s daughter, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). 

Now, as Drew focuses all of his energy on Willow, Nina remains unattached—leading many to wonder who her next great love might be.

First, she had a controversial romance with Sonny, then a brief spark with Drew—would adding Jack to the mix be too much? A Shocking Reunion: Sonny Corinthos

Another possibility that can’t be ignored is a reunion between Nina and Sonny. Though their marriage ended on a sour note, the two have recently shared some intriguing moments together. In the wake of Michael’s (Chad Duell) health crisis and his ongoing custody battle with Willow, Nina and Sonny have appeared quite comfortable in their interactions. Could this be a sign of things to come?

Currently, Sonny is in a relationship with Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue). However, with the recent revelation that Natalia was once married to Sidwell (Carlo Rota), things could take a complicated turn.
