that makes sense – a belief that he’s playing “God” and trying to ease his victims’ suffering.

Cyrus’ Troubled Past

Cyrus’ arrival in Port Charles in 2020 marked the beginning of a dark chapter for the town. The former drug kingpin had spent years plotting revenge against the law enforcement officers who put him behind bars for a decade. In a show of his ruthless nature, he orchestrated the murders of two police officers, setting the stage for the web of crime he would continue to weave. His focus soon shifted to the lives of Port Charles’ citizens, especially law enforcement officers like Marcus Taggert (ex-Réal Andrews) and Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry).
