Emmerdale’s Kim Tate has issued Joe Tate a furious warning after uncovering his secret affair with Dawn Taylor.

Lydia Dingle, acting as Kim’s informant, caught the pair in an intimate moment and wasted no time in reporting back. 

When Kim learned of the affair, she wasted no time confronting Joe, delivering a firm ultimatum that he must end things immediately.

Earlier in the evening, with Billy Fletcher, Dawn’s husband, at the hospital with their son and Kim out of the house, Dawn suggested that she and Joe take advantage of the situation and spend some time alone. Joe agreed to meet her at the cottage within ten minutes, unaware that Lydia was suspiciously watching his every move.
