In a shocking turn of events on Emmerdale, Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) is left consumed with guilt following a devastating car crash that claimed the lives of three villagers:

By the time she located her son, he had collapsed, unconscious, and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
