But who among them would go so far as to permanently eliminate him as an obstacle? Let’s examine the most likely suspects.

Nina ReevesNina and Drew’s tension has been brewing for some time. 

While their conflict may not have reached the level of outright hatred, Nina has never been one to shy away from manipulation or questionable tactics. 

With her recent struggles to maintain power and credibility, she might see Drew as a threat to her stability. But would she actually go so far as to take him out for good? It seems unlikely, but in Port Charles, anything is possible.

Valentin CassadineA Cassadine never forgets a slight, and Valentin has had his share of run-ins with Drew. Their complicated history—ranging from business rivalries to personal betrayals—puts Valentin high on the list of suspects. He’s a man who operates in shadows, and if he truly saw Drew as a threat to his plans, he wouldn’t hesitate to take extreme action.

Carly SpencerCarly is no stranger to conflict, and while she and Drew once shared a bond, their relationship has soured. If she believes that Drew’s recent choices are harming the people she loves, she might be pushed to her limits. However, Carly is more known for her fiery confrontations than cold-blooded plots, making her an unlikely suspect for something this drastic.

Sonny CorinthosAs Port Charles’ resident mob boss, Sonny has a reputation for dealing with problems in his own way. If Drew were to cross Sonny in a significant way—perhaps by endangering someone close to him—there’s no telling what lengths he might go to. However, Sonny isn’t reckless when it comes to eliminating threats, so Drew would have to push him to the absolute brink to warrant such a reaction.

Tracy QuartermaineTracy is fiercely protective of her family, and if she perceives Drew as a threat to the Quartermaine legacy, she might take matters into her own hands. She has a long history of ruthless decision-making, and she wouldn’t hesitate to eliminate someone she sees as a liability. But would she go so far as to remove him permanently? Tracy is cunning, but outright violence isn’t typically her style.

Cyrus RenaultIf there’s anyone with a track record of eliminating obstacles, it’s Cyrus Renault. The dangerous criminal has taken down plenty of enemies before, and Drew could easily be next on his list if he gets in the way. If Drew has crossed Cyrus in any way—whether intentionally or not—he may have unknowingly signed his own death warrant.

Ned QuartermaineFamily disputes in the Quartermaine household are nothing new, and Ned has had his fair share of power struggles with Drew. While Ned might not seem like the type to resort to extreme measures, desperation and anger can drive people to unexpected actions. If he sees Drew as a serious threat to ELQ or the Quartermaine name, he might take drastic steps to remove him.

Drew Quartermaine has no shortage of enemies in Port Charles, and any one of them could have reason to want him out of the picture. While some may resort to business maneuvers or personal vendettas, others might be willing to go further to ensure he’s no longer a problem. With so many suspects and so much bad blood, the question remains: Who truly wants Drew gone for good?
