A dramatic showdown is on the horizon in EastEnders, as Nicola Mitchell

However, Nicola soon finds herself with far more pressing concerns. Next week, it appears that Sharon has stumbled upon a bombshell—one that Nicola is absolutely determined to keep buried at all costs.
