EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa and her husband Daniel Osborne have separated after nearly eight years together, with the main reason being his affair with her co-star!

EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa and her husband Daniel Osborne have decided to part

ways after nearly eight years of marriage. Their relationship, which began in the public eye, has been a subject of great interest among fans, and their decision to separate marks the end of a significant chapter in their lives.

Jacqueline, best known for playing Lauren Branning on the long-running BBC soap

EastEnders, married Dan, a former The Only Way is Essex star and Celebrity Big Brother contestant, in June 2017. The couple shares two daughters, born in 2015 and 2018, and their family life has often been documented in the media.

According to The Sun, the couple’s separation unfolded over the past week. While the specifics of their split remain private, it has been reported that the breakup was amicable. A statement released on behalf of the pair confirmed the news, emphasizing their commitment to maintaining privacy and focusing on their children’s well-being.

“Jacqueline and Dan are handling things privately, choosing to keep their lives and relationship out of the public eye,” the statement read. “They kindly ask for respect and privacy as they navigate this together. Their children remain their top priority, surrounded by love and care from both parents – something that will never change. Above all, Jacqueline and Dan have each other’s and their children’s best interests at heart.”

The couple has faced challenges in the past, with their relationship making headlines on multiple occasions, including previous breakups and reconciliations. Despite the ups and downs, they had appeared to be in a strong place in recent years, with Jacqueline frequently sharing glimpses of their family life on social media. However, it now seems that they have mutually agreed to go their separate ways.

Representatives for both Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne have yet to issue further comments on the matter, but fans have already begun to show their support for the actress, who has been making a significant return to her career in the entertainment industry.

Jacqueline rejoined EastEnders on a full-time basis in January 2024 after making guest appearances in previous years. She had originally left the soap in 2018 but was warmly welcomed back by both the cast and fans when she reprised her role as Lauren Branning. Beyond acting, Jacqueline has also been focusing on personal growth and lifestyle changes, which she has openly shared with her followers.

In an interview last year, the actress revealed that she had implemented various lifestyle adjustments to improve her health and well-being. “I’ve just been moving so much more, trying to train three times a week – sometimes more, sometimes less – and eating well,” she explained. “Honestly, my mindset has just changed in the last eight or so months, and I’ve really gotten into it. I’ve been so much happier for it. I still have a way to go, actually, but I feel much better mentally.”

Her fitness routine includes a combination of cardio and strength training. “I love the classes at the gym. I do 15 minutes of warming up on the running machine, walking and running. Then I do three sets of each exercise, focusing on a certain body part, adding core work and cardio in between,” she said.

Jacqueline’s personal journey has resonated with many, as she has been open about her struggles and triumphs. She has continued to build her career outside of EastEnders, gaining widespread recognition when she won the 19th season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in 2019. Her time on the reality show showcased her resilience and relatable personality, which endeared her to audiences.

As she navigates this new chapter of her life, Jacqueline appears to be focused on her work, health, and, most importantly, her children. With a supportive fan base and a promising career, she remains a beloved figure in the entertainment industry. Though her split from Dan is undoubtedly a personal challenge, she seems determined to move forward with positivity and strength.
