Kathy Beale has found herself in increasingly dangerous territory in EastEnders, as her affair

As tensions flare, Kathy struggles to keep up appearances, knowing that if the truth about her and Harvey ever comes out, it could destroy not only her relationship with Ian but also Jean’s trust in her forever.
