General Hospital: Tracy reminds Carly exactly who she is, hoping Carly will regain her composure to help Michael reclaim everything, while also presenting Carly with a shocking request!

General Hospital delivered another intense week of drama as relationships shifted, emotions ran high, and key characters grappled with personal dilemmas.

From fertility tests to custody battles, here’s a breakdown of the major moments you won’t want to miss.

Fertility Tests and Personal Struggles

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) headed to the hospital for fertility tests, with their future hanging in the balance.

While Chase checked in on his close friend Michael (Chad Duell), Brook Lynn met with Dr. Navarro to discuss her medical history.

As the doctor reviewed Brook Lynn’s past, including a teenage pregnancy that resulted in her giving the child up for adoption, emotions ran high.

Dr. Navarro reassured her, running further tests to assess her fertility, but the weight of the past and uncertainty about the future was clearly weighing on Brook Lynn’s mind.

Trina, Kai, and the Aftermath of the Game

Trina (Tabyana Ali) found herself distracted as she processed recent events, particularly her feelings for Kai (Jens Austin Astrup), who was injured during a football game. Ava (Maura West) quickly noticed Trina’s preoccupation and pushed her to visit Kai at the hospital. Trina tried to downplay their relationship, but Ava saw right through her. As Trina headed to the hospital, Stella (Vernee Watson) was already there comforting Kai, who was struggling with his arm injury and the guilt of letting his teammates down. Despite his fears, Kai assured Trina that he would be fine with rehab, but the injury meant he’d have to stay at Port Charles University for another year. Trina, determined to support him, shared a heartfelt moment with Kai as they discussed his future and their budding connection.

Cody, Dante, and a Cryptic Conversation

Cody (Josh Kelly) was recovering from a hangover when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) stopped by to check on him. While the two discussed what happened in Prague, the conversation shifted to their complicated pasts, including Cody’s tumultuous history with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). Dante gave Cody some advice to help Lulu (Emme Rylan) go about things her way, which Cody appreciated. However, when Selina (Lydia Look) showed up, Cody made it clear he wasn’t interested in her offer. Dante asked if Cody was in any kind of trouble, but Cody reassured him that he was not. Nevertheless, tensions between the characters seem to be brewing, and it’s clear that Cody’s story is far from over.

Nina, Willow, and the Strain on Relationships

Nina (Cynthia Watros) found herself in an emotional confrontation with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), who was still sitting vigil at Michael’s bedside. Nina informed Willow that Tracy (Jane Elliot) was keeping her children, Wiley and Amelia, at the Quartermaine mansion, despite their previous agreement. Willow maintained that she had made a deal, but Nina argued that it was cruel to stop Michael’s family from being by his side. Willow, relying heavily on Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) support, was accused of being influenced by him rather than thinking for herself. Nina urged Willow to empathize with Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard), who were desperately trying to help Michael. The tension between Willow and her family was palpable, with Nina blaming Drew for driving a wedge between Willow and her loved ones. Ava (Maura West) later joined Nina at the gallery, where they discussed how Drew was using Willow to hurt Sonny, Carly, and the Quartermaines. Ava urged Nina to tell Willow the truth about Drew’s intentions before it was too late.

Carly, Tracy, and the Ongoing Custody Battle

Carly’s desperation to reunite with Michael was met with fierce resistance from Tracy, who continued to hold onto Wiley and Amelia at the mansion. Carly confronted Tracy, demanding that she return the children so that Willow could have access to Michael. Carly’s plea was grounded in the need to get Michael into a top-tier burn facility, but Tracy remained unmoved, insisting that Willow would ensure Michael received the best care possible. The argument quickly escalated as Carly invoked Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) name, but Tracy reminded Carly that her relationship with Monica had always been strained. Tracy accused Carly of keeping Michael and AJ (Billy Warlock) away from Monica over the years, further fueling the animosity between the two women. In Tracy’s eyes, the children belonged at the mansion, where Monica’s wishes were respected. Carly, however, was adamant that her son’s care and well-being should come first. The power struggle between Carly and Tracy remains intense, with no resolution in sight.

Alexis, Curtis, and Drew’s Plans

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was still reeling from the aftermath of Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) death as Curtis (Donnell Turner) checked in on her after an AA meeting. Alexis remained firm in her resolve not to dishonor Sam’s memory by drinking, and she expressed concern about Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) potential move to DC. Curtis advised Alexis to focus on spending time with her daughter, Scout (Ella Ramacieri), while she could, but Alexis was determined to fight Drew if he tried to take her away.

Chase and Willow: A Heartfelt Conversation

Chase stopped by to check on Willow, who was visibly upset and tearfully confessed that her life felt like a mess. As Willow reflected on her choices, particularly her reliance on savior figures like Drew, Chase offered her comfort. He reminded her that she was seeking the family she never had and urged her to make the right decision for herself and her children. Willow, deeply moved by his words, promised to carefully consider what was best for her family moving forward.

General Hospital continues to deliver thrilling, emotional storylines that keep fans on the edge of their seats. With family conflicts, medical emergencies, and relationship drama at the forefront, the coming weeks promise even more twists and turns for the residents of Port Charles.
